Job Summary:

 

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team remotely. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting businesses, credit unions, and veteran associations with HR-related inquiries

 

Qualifications:

• High integrity and a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to teach, coach, and train others effectively

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Sales and management experience is preferred but not required

• Motivated, coachable, and customer-oriented individuals

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Provide information about HR services to clients and assist with their needs

• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

• Maintain a positive attitude and strive to meet or exceed performance goals

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment

 

Salary:

$23.75 + Bonus
